Would be 5 stars but.....

The ap itself is wonderful. Bank of Albuquerque’s online banking is by far the most user friendly system I have used-and I’ve used a LOT. Our businesses have used other banks from time to time over the years, but we’ve never left Bank of Albuquerque and are unlikely to-ever. Recently, I had to go out of town for a funeral. In my haste, and fog of grief, I neglected to transfer funds for one of our accounts and overdrafted it. It was 10 transactions later when I finally received the notice-in the mail. The app notifies me for EVERY mobile deposit....when EVERY ONE of our 18 statements are available.....WHY does it not notify you when you overdraft your account?!?! This was a first in over 10 years, but that notification could have saved my company a good bit of money! I sincerely hope the developers consider adding this feature to the notifications. I’d love to revise my review to 5 stars!

App and bank are great but The updates for your balance in the mornings are not current at all. The balance given to you is days to hrs old and not current to what’s in your account everyday.

Not friendly with shared checking

We are actually thinking of closing our account to go to another bank. Apparently if you have a shared account and two profiles for that account only one user can utilize or add bill pay mobile app and online. What was the point of two profiles then? We opened this account hoping with our recent home purchase and mortgage with bank of Albuquerque it would be easier. Nope it’s more nuisance. Their IT can’t even figure out the issues. I knew it was bad idea to open a bank account with them since when they first came to Albuquerque and bought my checking branch at that time sent me another bankers personal information. That was 20 years ago and I guess they still are not tech savvy.

Fun momma!
Hello. I just the bank app daily. One thing that would be handy, is to have a dial to pick past dates. So the the dial would have 30,60,90,120, etc days instead of having to keep selecting more days at the bottom to search previous transactions. Thanks.
