some good words to share

Hello, my name is Svetlana and recently i did started with BofA bc I was in need to switch the financial manager. My two last experience with different local banks was in trouble, lots of fraud. I’m using BofA for few months sofar. First of all I would say the online banking office is in really good shape with organisation and colour matching and that makes my work’ process cozy incalm and professional atmosphere. This is bigdeal for me, thank you for choosing professional designers and ITshers. Privacy seems to be top too, same as easy connection and communication with other country’ payees or banks by Zelle, Zelle is very nice option. For now I believe I mention all and yes, if you would like me to ask my opinion how to improve I definitely has one. I believe international Zelle would fit well bc Western Union is not working and there are no other function same top quality for money transfer so far. This is the reason why I believe international Zelle with such a security as BofA can offer and guarantee will be giant plus with benefits for BofA. We all have friends and family members abroad and all over the word and we all tired of moneytransferheadache. Why do we need it ? We were having much comfy life before “covidtime” yet, as a human beings we always have power to fix and change our comfy life back with new options and functionality. I hope it finds you well. 52 Year Depisitor

I’ve written several reviews before. None have been addressed or done any good to resolve my issues with my BofA app.
After a number of years I cancelled an automatic transfer from my BofA checking account to my Valley Strong (then Kern School’s) checking account. This never was handled properly and I had to repeatedly “re cancel” the recurring transaction.
After multiple phone calls and three separate in person visits to my branch the manager sent in a legal complaint on my behalf. I subsequently received a letter from BofA stating that my request had finally been processed and that no further transfers would take place. This was accurate for two or three months and then the transfers started again.
I have no idea what I can do at this point other than closing my account. This would cause multiple problems for myself and my adult children whom I have linked with several of my accounts for a number of reasons. I’m highly disappointed with the bank I’ve chosen to work with my entire adult life and BofA seems not to care about the problem it’s set up for me and my family, nor how long it’s effected me.
I will, once again try to resolve the bank’s mistake but with great distain and now a quite a bit of distrust.

The app is not greatly designed and isn't as easy to navigate as other banking and credit card apps. Erica is beyond annoying and hardly ever helpful - except when I'm trying to find a feature that has been hidden away (like changing alerts) then it will take me to the screen I need. But the screen I need should just be easy to find in the first place. Even though I've turned off every alert for Erica, it still gives me a little notification light when I log in that I either have to live with or click on Erica to get rid of. I've also had issues with perpetual mobile notification alerts that never go away. I've tried searching everywhere in the app for some message, update, insight, something... even deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and the notification comes back on my phone when the app is redownloaded.
I also really wish I didn't get notification to "pay a bill" when the account is a zero balance. It gives me a minor heart attack every time when I don't use the card, and then I get my "YOUR BILL IS DUE" alert, to frantically log in and see it's a "$0 bill statement" that I have to mark as paid. No other card I have with an app does this.
I only use BOFA when I absolutely need to - if my Discover card isn't accepted at an establishment. And I'm probably going to look into switching from BOFA to Chase.
