This is Bank of Idaho’s Mobile Banking App. If you are enrolled in Bank of Idaho’s Internet Banking just install the App and log in with your already established Internet Banking credentials. If you are not yet enrolled in Internet Banking, you may enroll and access your account at www.bankofidaho.com or simply download and enroll from the app.

You can now manage your money anytime, anywhere – from your mobile device. With Bank of Idaho – Mobile you can conveniently and securely:

Deposit checks using your device’s camera
Check your account balances
View recent transactions
Transfer money between your Bank of Idaho accounts
Find ATMs and branch locations

This is a Fiserv white labelled app that has been branded for Bank of Idaho. As agreed with the Apple App Store team, we have submitted a video of the push to Apple Pay flow that is common for all of the branded apps.

Password input for internal transfer?

This app is really useful, as it allows us to carry out most of our banking transactions without using the not-so-phone-friendly website. It is great that fingerprint ID is enabled, but for some reason, I need to put in my password to transfer money between my accounts. This is very inconvenient for me, particularly for multiple transfers, so I find myself using the website more than I want to because I only need a password once to complete my banking.

Unable to download latest compatible version

The app requires the latest operating version. It gives a pop-up that customers can download the latest compatible version but when you click “download”, nothing happens. Customer service’s response was that we’ll need to buy a newer device. One was just purchased in 2018. All 4 of our mobile devices are too old. So, no mobile check deposits.
