Suddenly doesn’t allow me to log in!
I’ve been using this app on my iPhone for a long time. Always GREAT! After the last update, suddenly I can’t log in. It tells me to try back later! I’ve tried all the “fixes” and even called my bank; but it’s still a mystery!! Why can’t I log in all of a sudden?
What did you do?
This app was great! But you changed the way it looks and it’s now not functioning as well. Logging in is laggy, and I often get a message to try again. Once in, when I click on an account, a pop up tells me to try again. I have to try again about 5 times before gaining access. Then, going into alerts and it pops up and says try again and I can’t even go back because it didn’t load properly. Before this overhaul of the look of the app happened I would have given 5 stars, but now it’s making me wonder if I should change banks!
Fix the 'security update'
To have an account online, BoTX, has phone number and email. I know, cause I get emails and phone calls. Why is there another request to give it? Use the information already in the account info to verify.
And then when trying this newer, better faster, update, cause the app forces it to continue, (as they can't use the info they already have), it loops out to the login screen endlessly. Yes, I've deleted, force closed, restarted. Same result.
Or, is this app written by some third party, which now there's even more giving account info, phone number, to someone or or yet another company? Yeah. That's security for you.
