Added optional regional food database downloads (Australia, USA, UK) for faster local and offline search. Updated onboarding to explain the region pack option and where to download it later. Improved edit performance for Today entries. Fixed incorrect macro defaults when editing manual entries. Fixed quick-add edit behavior so macros update correctly. Manual entries now merge into a single cumulative total. Improved food search relevance for common queries and better plural/singular matching.
