Using a combination of body pose, sound patterns, and motion cues, Barkcode creates lighthearted “translations” that feel connected to what your pet is actually doing—without pretending to be scientifically exact.
A New Way to See Your Pet
Point your camera at your pet and watch as a subtle “neural aura” and pose overlay respond in real time. As signals stabilize, a thought surface appears with a personality-driven interpretation of their current mood.
Whether your dog is pacing by the door or your cat is quietly watching from across the room, each moment is interpreted through a tone that matches their energy.
Personality Lenses
Choose how your pet “sounds” with different personas:
Grumpy Landlord — critical, unimpressed, and always evaluating
Intern — curious, energetic, and slightly overwhelmed
Poet — reflective, dramatic, and expressive
Secret Spy — quiet, observant, and suspicious
Each persona adapts to the detected mood, so the same behavior can be interpreted in different ways.
Multimodal Interpretation
Barkcode is not a random quote generator.
It combines:
Body pose signals (posture and movement)
Audio cues (tone and intensity)
Motion context (activity and direction)
When signals align, interpretations become more confident. When they don’t, Barkcode reflects that uncertainty instead of guessing.

Not every moment is clear—and that’s intentional.
High confidence → clearer, more stable interpretations

This update improves the pet scanning experience with better detection accuracy and more consistent mood results. We’ve also enhanced visual clarity across the interface to make text easier to read and fixed issues that could cause repeated or incorrect mood outputs. Overall performance and stability have been improved for a smoother experience.
