Bashvur is a job application app built for job seekers. No CV writing: the nine short questions you answer at sign-up become your CV, and you are ready to apply the moment registration ends.
HOW IT WORKS
• Verify your number. Sign in with a code sent to your phone, or with your Apple or Google account; no passwords, nothing to remember.
• A CV in nine questions. Name, birth date, city, the position you are looking for, education, experience, skills and a photo. Gender, education, experience and the photo are optional.
• Your profile is your CV. When registration ends, your profile appears as a CV; edit any field whenever you like.
• Apply to listings. See the jobs that fit you and apply to the one you like with a single tap. Your CV reaches the employer exactly as it is.
YOU APPLIED — A CHAT OPENED
Every application opens a private conversation with the employer. When the employer replies, you message them directly. Which applications were sent, which were viewed, who you are in touch with — all of it at a glance in My Applications. Changed your mind? Withdraw an application any time.
SHARE YOUR CV AS A PDF
30 CV templates: 10 are single-column with no photo, the kind applicant tracking systems (ATS) read from start to finish; 20 are visual templates with side columns, color and a photo. Pick the one you like, export your CV as a PDF and use it in applications outside the app too.
JOBS THAT FIT YOU
The job feed is filtered by your CV: the position you want, your city and your work preference (full-time, part-time, remote, freelance, internship) come first. You can browse all listings too. All 81 provinces of Türkiye are in the list, and you can pick a country for jobs abroad. Professions range from broadcasting work — live streaming, one-to-one chat, voice rooms — to barista, waiter, call center and sales positions.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• We never ask where you are; the app requests no location permission.
• We do not look at your contacts, your messages or your social accounts.
• Sharing your phone number and e-mail with an employer is your choice.
• Only the employers you apply to see your CV. Your data is not sold.
• Report or block any employer who bothers you.
SMALL BUT IMPORTANT
• Turkish and English, both fully translated.
• Light and dark themes; follow your phone or pick your own.
• Notifications for new messages and application status.
• Close your account whenever you want.
