BPS is a universal app to be used by Bata buyers for the Global Product Review (GPR). The app can be used to scan the barcode from a Bata article or from the printed catalog to fetch more details about the item of interest. These details are presented to the buyer in a very intuitive and engaging manner where, the user can view the required details along with different angular views of the item. If interested, the buyer can add the item to his/her cart after specifying the required order quantity & expected delivery date for shipment. The orders once added to the cart can also be reviewed and modified as per requirement. The buyer can also delete one ore more orders from the cart. The buyer can also plan his order procurement by comparing his cart, with his planned budget using the RTO (Real Time Order) projection graph, which provides a visualization of actual order against the planned budget. The buyer can also commit the cart, once the orders are finalized, and all items in the cart meet the Minimum Order Quantity.
Key Features
• A buyer registered with Bata Procurement System can login to the BPS app.
• The logged in buyer can view the menu in Home view where the ‘Scan Barcode’, ‘View Cart’ and ‘RTO Projection’ options are available.
• Ability to scan the bar code of an article to view its details and then add this article to the cart after specifying the Expected Time to Deliver and Order Quantity.
• Review and update or delete the orders in the Cart.
• Ability to view / Update the same cart from both Mobile and the BPS web application.
• Place / Confirm the cart as Order commitment
• Visualization of the Real Time Order against the OTB(Order to Buy) and Delivery date that let users compare their budget plan and actual order commitment.
