Perfect for my banking needs on the go!

I have been a satisfied customer with BHFCU. I enjoy the app; I don't use many but it's one of my favorites. User friendly, no ads, I like the quick balance that is my favorite part! I still use my iPhone 4s because I appreciate the smaller size and most of my apps no longer work because of not getting the software updates. BHFCU app still works fine & no security issues/breaches. Then when I need to use online or the brick and mortar bank; employees are friendly, eager to help, treat my dogs kindly when I come through drive thru adding a special treat. Prayers it all continues that way.

Mobile User Agreement

Every time I sign in for the day the above agreement comes up and I have to Agree to it. I had called about 6 months ago or longer and was told that it was just going to stay on there indefinitely this was told to me from a member service person. I called back recently in November and spoke with Mary Ann and she in turn has been working with the IT department. But no resolution has been found. This is very frustrating since I have to agree to this agreement every time. Just to note Mary Ann has been very diligent with her follow up and assistance. She is to be commended for trying to resolve this matter. Thanking you in advance for your assistance with this matter. Vivian Cisneros Hemphill.

Years of reliable service without a glitch. The Goose Creek branch staff reminds me of distant relatives that I am actually pleased to see at the family reunion. BHFCU offers the requisite big bank services but does so like a favorite neighbor who works in banking. Karen and her team are backed by some very helpful folks too. Anytime I call with an issue those folks are friendly, professional, and have the patience to deal with someone who is not tech savvy. They make me feel like an appreciated customer every time I call or visit.

Additional security and transfer features! • Choose to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) at every login. • A new duplicate ACH transfer warning helps prevent sending the same transfer twice. • If you submit the same amount between the same accounts within 4 days, a warning may appear. • You can still continue if the transfer is intentional. Other favorite features are still available including: • Updated dashboard. • Faster and more secure transfers powered by PLAID. • Light/dark modes.
