Longtime member that’s always on-the-go. Thanks to the features in my REV app, I have access to everything I need with the press of a button. Traveling? No problem. Just use my card control function. Need to pay my loan? Couldn’t be easier! Transfer funds to family? Done before you could even say please and thank you. Keep it up REV!

Where did all the features go?
Update: I’m changing my review from 1 to 3 stars after finally being able to talk to someone today I was told that being able to see pending transactions again is something they hope to have fixed soon. As for mobile deposits and card controls, I was told they will be available but they do not have a time frame for them yet.
A new app was well overdue but this was a step in the wrong direction. Most banking features are missing. We need card controls, mobile deposit, and to see pending debits and credits. These are straight forward parts of any modern mobile banking app.
As for getting signed up for the new app, we got no instructions when the change happened. I was lucky enough to have someone contact me after sending a message on Facebook about not being able to access my account. By the look of the other reviews, most people are having trouble. It was terrible integration.
As for popmoney, this also seems pointless when most people use PayPal or Venmo now. Better integration and faster transfers with these apps would have been a better use of resources.
