I have been trying to schedule a service thru the app for about a weekNow and it has not gone through and the number for the service department listed in the app is not working either; it rings but none of the prompts work and when the operator picks up they can't hear you so they hang up. The app is useless the number for the service department is useless I am starting to think this is a sign of the kind of service I should expect....
