Power ratings?

Travelers need to know how much power is available at the stations to plan their trips. Please include the kw rates fir the charging stations.

Even signing is impossible

The app kept changing my phone number to my email address, then telling me to enter a correct phone number, then requiring that I go back a page and enter the phone number, then taking me back to the information entry page and requiring that I enter all of my information again, then changing my phone number to my email address …

New version is a UX headache

The old app was pretty great. Easy to see your charging status, easy to get to it. Overall a nice experience.

This new version’s design is horrendous. Garish, much less legible, and a very clunky navigation.

And there are two major UX issues: 1) the “stop charge” is at the very bottom of the screen…where you swipe…to view your phone. Point being it’s very easy to stop your charging accidentally, and no way to restart remotely. 2) if you close the charging status screen, there’s no way to get back to it…at least no obvious way that I can find.

PLEASE fix this UX mess! Old app: 5 stars. New app: 2 stars.
