• New shape correction: draw a line, circle, ellipse or rectangle on a slide, then lift your Pencil to turn it into a neat shape. Toggle it from the toolbar and choose Low, Medium or High sensitivity. Undo restores your original freehand stroke. • Undo and Redo now have dedicated buttons alongside Previous and Next for easier access. • Add photos from your library to any slide. Drag to move, pull a corner or pinch to resize — the audience sees it live, and you can draw on top. • Add text to a slide in three typefaces (Modern, Classic, Technical), three sizes and any colour. • New notes-only layout: one tap beside Settings gives your speaker notes more room while keeping page-turn controls available. • The laser pointer now supports any colour from the drawing palette, with a clearer laser-pointer icon. • The drawing palette is reordered by how often you use each tool: pen, eraser, laser and highlighter come first. • Settings now includes Appearance (System, Light, Dark) and Language (System, English, 繁體中文). Most of the app switches immediately. • A lock beside Settings shows how many decks you have left and opens the Full Version purchase. • Fixed an issue where signing in to your Apple Account during a purchase squeezed the slide and notes behind it.

• Smoother with a projector: opening the slide overview, drawing with "Keep ink across overlay steps" turned on, and tapping a slide no longer pause for a moment while a large slide is being prepared. Most noticeable on a 4K display. • The toolbar under your slides no longer grows when you open the library, the slide overview or Settings.

• On the Mac too: Beamer Notes for Mac gets the same import prompts, and keeps your library in step with your iPad over iCloud. Find it on the Mac App Store — free to download, and a Full Version you have already bought carries over. • Importing a PDF with the same name as one already in your library now asks what to do: replace it, keep both, or cancel. Replacing removes the old PDF's ink, just as deleting it would. • Bringing in several PDFs at once? If more than one clashes with your library, a single prompt lists them all — replace all, keep both for all, skip all, or choose one by one.

• Beamer Notes now runs on the Mac. Organise your library on the big screen — folders, colours, renaming, sorting — and it stays in step with your iPad over iCloud. Presenting is still the iPad's job. • Folders. Group decks by course or semester, give each folder a colour, and move decks between them. Folders now sync through iCloud properly, including on a slow connection. • Your decks open offline. Newly added PDFs are fetched to the iPad in the background as soon as the app launches, so a lecture hall with no signal is no longer a problem. Anything not yet on the device is clearly marked in the library. • Full Traditional Chinese. The whole app, including the iPhone remote. • Settings is now one tap from the presenter — a gear in the top bar, next to the eye. • Clearer wording throughout: a Beamer frame is now called a slide, and a page a page, in both languages.

What’s New in 1.11 • Ink edits now stay synchronized across every overlay in the same Beamer frame—including erasing and clearing.

• Your iPhone is now a remote. See your speaker notes, the next slide and the timer in your hand, turn pages, and aim the laser on the projector — paired straight to your iPad, with no shared Wi-Fi and nothing to set up. • Tabs: keep several decks open at once, drag to reorder, and they reopen where you left off. • The drawing tools are now the system PencilKit palette. Monoline, fountain pen and pencil join the pen and marker, and you also get an object eraser, a lasso to move ink you have already drawn, a ruler, the full colour picker and a continuous width slider. It floats over the slide, so the notes and next-slide preview got more room. • Credit packs: add 10 or 30 more decks whenever you need them, alongside the existing unlimited unlock. • Sharper slides on 4K projectors, better 4:3 handling, and a faster, steadier presenter. • Many reliability fixes for external displays on iPadOS 27, for switching between decks, and for saved ink.
