If you drink caffeine at all, you need this app. I was shocked when I saw the features available. I was skeptical at first but after using it almost every day for a couple weeks, my sleep is better than it’s ever been and I’ve hit several best records in the gym. The functionality is 10/10, it’s super satisfying to use, and even has helped me to stay consistently mindful with my caffeine use - whereas I used to abuse it, I couldn’t sleep at night, and my health was falling by the wayside.
