Track behavior, collaborate with your team, and stay compliant with the BEHCA app! BEHCA serves as an interactive support plan for the care team of individuals exhibiting challenging and complex behavior, enabling easy-to-use and customizable observation tracking that includes behavior, environment, and health-related factors. This empowers an individual’s circle of support with a high degree of insight into what influences behavior. Notify parents, support staff, and other collaborators in real-time when documenting observations for an individual and receive alerts if scheduled medication is missed through the HIPAA-compliant Medication Administration Records (MAR and narcotic counting) system. Analyze recorded data at the caliber demanded by professional behavior specialists with the automatically assembled and configurable Analysis Dashboard. Show reports and graphs on behavior (including Desirable, Warning, Challenging Behavior, and Intervention Strategies), environment and health data, as well as reports highlighting frequency, duration, and intensity of observations. Review the efficacy of interventions and medication supports based on real-time data and round-the-clock observation entry. Support staff can check in and out of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) sessions, which track their location, progress notes, and collect signatures from their visit. Staff can also review how many hours they have worked each month. Submit Incident Reports directly from the mobile app, including photos and supporting documentation, and select the managerial staff who will review and complete the IR. The BEHCA app is a companion to our web application to quickly and easily enter data. Highly effective app!

Care Provider worker
This app covers so much important material that can be extremely beneficial for so many reasons! It’s user friendly tracking system makes it efficient to better understand the influences environments can have on behavior, and how to better understand care for those within our careers, and home environments.Having worked in different treatment centers made it very clear how important it is to track data for residents in order to have a better plan for the remainder of their care.This app also has a secure way of maintaining proficiency for the care of others.I wish this app had been something my previous workplaces had at the time, it would’ve made things much more effective for us all.The new personal version of the app is also very useful in keeping track of my own process, and almost feels like an electronic journal to better understand the things that Influence my moods on different days. I can easily go back to dates to see how certain things may have shifted the outcome of the day for me.I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to better understand how to track data for themselves, a child, or patients-within certain fields of work that can benefit from having everything organized in a highly secure and encrypted way.

Spent weeks taking data and then found export function did not work. Support did not fix it. I had to manually renter tracked data outside of the app to be able to share it.
