The app is made with YOU in mind. Use the ’swap’ feature and choose a suggested alternative exercise to target the same working muscles. We understand that you may need an easier exercise, different equipment in a busy gym or lower impact exercises for injuries. Even the gym plans can be modified for home use using the alternative exercises provided. The app really is customisable to your preferences.

Enjoy tasty and nutritious recipes without any restrictive diets or reduced portion sizes. Use our automatically generated meal planner or create your own meal plans suitable for all dietary types (including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and food allergies). Our colourful recipe library will guide you through the method to cook delicious meals to support your training, along with a handy shopping list feature to make your life that little bit easier. Add your own custom meals/snacks to your daily meal plan to correctly track your calorie and macro allowance for each day.

Scam/Money Grabbers ,

Something for Everyone

I am not new to the gym or lifting weights by any means but this app has still been amazing! I am active duty Air Force and have three kids. It’s hard for me to have a personal trainer as my schedule is crazy (and honestly, I don’t have time to check in with someone and have multiple conversations). At this point, even if I did have the time - I’d still prefer this app. There are so many programs to choose from and although I don’t need it, I LOVE that Kim shows the users exactly how to do each exercise through a video demonstration AND written instructions. Did I mention there’s a ton of delicious recipes and a way to get calories calculated based on weight and goals? The app is everything you need to lose weight (burn fat) , gain weight (build muscle), maintain weight and / or get stronger! It really is an All-in-One and worth every cent! I have seen so much progress in my body and my lifting even after having already been strength training for 5 years. This app is what you’ve been looking for! And.. side note.. I have followed Kim on IG for years and she truly seems like a kind, genuine woman who wants to help people reach their goals and live better lifestyles. It’s always nice to know that the money you’re spending is going to a GOOD person. 🩷 download it! make the jump. you got it.

Truly my favorite workout app/ program

I don’t even know where to start!!! I have always been athletic and have always worked out etc. I’ve followed many different apps and I’ve had trainers but in all honesty I felt like they weren’t hitting where I needed them to. With this app I feel different. I work 12+ hrs a day in healthcare and getting my fitness in is a big deal. I go early in the morning and I already know what workout I’m walking in to do. I feel confident in the machines I’m using and if for some reason I don’t then I can easily swap it out for something different but will give me the same benefits I’m looking for. I don’t have to just follow one program I can add others too. Also, you don’t have to carry a journal with you to write down your sets etc. it’s all in the app. It’s not just an app, it’s a community as well. It’s woman from all over the world trying their best to be their best and they are all vulnerable with complete strangers who lift them up along with Kim herself. She’s so honesty about her own progress and is encouraging with others as well. Also, if you need guidance with your food that’s all part of it! I mean really what more could you want! I truly hope more people join this community.

I am SO glad I downloaded this app. I have tried multiple fitness apps, and this one truly sets itself apart. It’s clean, organized, easy to use, and extremely helpful. Kim has so many well-curated workout programs to choose from depending on your goals. The plans have easily laid out warm ups, workouts and cool downs for you to dive into without having to think about what you’re going to be doing at the gym (or home). She has videos for every move, and written text so you can see exactly how the exercise is meant to be executed. (Again, no guess work!!) the app has a built in timer, and you can track your weight & reps. I went from being unsure and inconsistent with my workouts, to now LOVING and looking forward to getting up every day, using the believe app and doing my workouts. Seriously it’s been life changing for me and really mentally and physically shifted my relationship around working out. THANK YOU Kim!! Try out this app if you haven’t- I can’t recommend it enough!! 😍😍😍
