Belwood Investments is a real estate investment company that finds distressed properties, renovates them, and resells them. The app is designed to accumulate inventory, vet them, and then choose if the property should be purchased or not by the company. Designed to allow the general public to participate in finding these homes, assist in vetting them per company standards and criteria, and then potentially make a referral fee should the home be acquired by Belwood Investments.
