Document Management on the Go
Just delivered your load and need to submit the POD? Now you can easily upload documents directly through the Beon Carrier App. The upload feature allows you to take a picture or choose from a recently taken photo. Documents will be uploaded directly, allowing your shipments and accessorials to be processed in a timely fashion.

App only good for updating load info
App is not good for searching loads doesn’t allow me to scroll down, search or anything . Only shows current location and one load. Good to upload documents, tracking and checking payment status.

Very poorly designed and functioning app
I’m not sure who would rate this app any higher than one star. It’s difficult to use and very very clunky. It’s design and workflow is very poor. You can search and bookLoads with this app, but the filter settings are very limited. You cannot save any settings or searches for later use. The Asher load services like submitting paperwork to the app or even worse. Even if you do manage to successfully upload paperwork to the app, apparently the office staff on the other side cannot see the paperwork that you’ve uploaded to a load in order to get you paid. So you end up taking more pictures of your bills and accessorials and emailing them directly to brokers and staff so that you can get paid. Which begs to question why would you even use this app. Again because it’s so poorly designed it’s barely functional. I suspect the four star ratings are fake there’s no way no way at all.

There are ways to to create preferences so you receive push notifications and won’t need to save any filters because you would get an alert when something matches what you like. Would you like us to do a tutorial with you on how to use the app? This may help answer some of your questions. Version 1.5.2 made the app inoperable
Ever since i updated to version 1.5.2 it never worked the same again. Like everyone else says it stays on the first screen and doesn’t respond. The bottom tabs are the only part of the screen that work. I can’t scroll down through loads at all. I cant even use this app anymore. Guess I’ll wait for another update to see if it’s fixed until then I have to find loads from other companies.
