Goals focused and results based Meditation
The layout of this app is great because it highlights, very subtly, the tangible benefits of meditation. The best evidence is in the Journey portion of the app where it provides various, multi-day, guided meditations that are goal specific. They are current and thoughtful, I feel like every one should see a meditation journey that has a relevant and significant subject. Most people, if I had to guess, would know the benefits of meditation regarding stress-management and accomplishing rest. Although both those things may be true I feel like it also turns people away from meditation because realistically you always want to keep on keepin’ on and meditation seems like a time out. Now with this app I can understand how meditation is useful to accomplishing your long term goals and how incorporation to our lives can feel natural vs. prioritized and not just as a decompression method. Meditation is as supplemental for the productive person moving towards their goals as it is for the unbalanced person needing to regroup. All you have to do is listen to the guided meditations that are not too long and do not require your attention for unreasonable amounts of time. The fall asleep in under 3 minutes meditation honestly worked and I didn’t even realize until mid-way through my day. This app will most likely make me like the baddest of the bad like namaste out of my face if you aren’t with it.

This app looks amazing! The layout and design is absolutely beautiful, it feels like it invites you in when you open the app. However, the voice of the instructor sounds robotic and forced. I couldn’t focus on what was being said because it sounded awkward. Considering that you have to focus on what’s being said in a guided meditation, this would be difficult to focus on.
I really like how much is offered through the app but I don’t know why the meditation pauses when my screen turns off. I don’t want to kill my battery by keeping my screen on the whole time and I don’t like using my phone when meditating, so constantly waking up my phone to get the meditation to play is not something I’m interested on doing. I’ve updated my app but that doesn’t seem to help.

Good but... voice changes please ?
I like the different specific types of meditation they go into depth with like - depression and smoking etc to help with meditation and I enjoy the male voice a lot for the quick lessons. And that’s coming from someone who isn’t a fan of male voice meditation, but the female voice is super robotic to me which puts me off not wanting to finish the journey meditations which is a super shame. Maybe they can have an option of switching male and female voices ? I have many apps for meditation on my phone and I wish I could find one like that. So over all I’d say 3/5. Nice categories and specific attributes but semi irritating female voice actors. Honestly with how specific they are in categories alone I’d pay for the subscription but it doesn’t sit well with the voice acting.
