Introducing a new cat, reintroducing a pair, or trying to remember what changed? Between Cats keeps a clear record of the interactions you actually saw: which cats, what happened, and where.
RECORD THE MOMENT
Choose the initiating cat and the other cat, a visible behavior, and the room or resource. Add intensity, a stage, and an optional note or photo. Save on your iPhone even when offline. No separate app account is needed.
REVISIT WHAT YOU SAW
Review counts for each pair, behavior, and place. Open the original entries behind each count. Search your history, correct mistakes, and undo a deleted observation.
COMPARE YOUR RECORDED WEEKS
With a subscription, review behaviors and places across recorded weeks. Recording-day counts help keep the comparison in context. Fewer entries do not establish that interactions decreased or that a relationship improved.
BRING AN ORGANIZED RECORD
With a subscription, create a factual PDF for your own records or to discuss at an appointment with a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional. Review the report before sharing it. Full data export and deletion remain available with the free household.
PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD
Records stay available on your iPhone and sync through private iCloud when available. Optionally invite one caregiver with a subscription. There are no ads or tracking, and reminders are optional.

Use one household with two cats, 30 days of observation history, the core relationship view, full data export, and deletion. Upgrade options become available after five observations across three days.
An optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription adds more cats, unlimited history, weekly review, factual PDFs, saved report presets, and caregiver sharing. See your local price in the App Store. Restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.
Between Cats organizes observations and recall. It does not diagnose behavior, infer motive, decide when cats should meet, prescribe care, or replace a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional. For injury, sudden behavior change, blocked access to necessities, or worsening safety concerns, contact an appropriate professional.
