Whether you are a Sirva client or a relocating employee, you can manage your program – or track your move – easily within the ReloAccess™ app. The app delivers key relocation information directly to your mobile device, conveniently and securely, and the intuitive design makes it easy to navigate to everything you need. The app is synchronized with ReloAccess.com allowing you to seamlessly move between the app and your computer and access your information anywhere, anytime.

Relocating employees and their delegates can:

• Manage out-of-pocket relocation expenses on the go
• Upload receipts easily by taking a picture or from your files
• Track the progress of your move and view milestones, upcoming tasks, and adding personalized reminders
• View notifications about service updates, new ReloAccess™ features and more
• View and manage individual move details
• Receive real-time relocation updates on expense report status, and new product features
• Browse helpful support content and videos
• Register for ReloAccess™
• Log in using Touch ID or Face ID

Sirva clients can*:

• Look up your employees, view their move progress, and details
• View key metrics
• Get notified of key events in real-time
• Set out of office notifications

The app is shakey

It hasn’t been working lately for weeks

It worked for a while, not anymore

My employer is using BGRS. I have to use them on monthly bases for my travel compensation. It initially used to work, lately not so much. It was easy to use it. Please fix it.

App does not open

Downloaded the app because my relocation expert advised me to but after the download it generates and error dialog and app cant even open.
