I really want to give this app a five due to its learning potential but I found two major problems; 1. it’s too hard to get in touch with support in order to find out how to make it work for my 18 month old great granddaughter. And 2. It’s to hard to cancel the trial subscription. I can see the potential in preschool but not for toddlers. toddlers need a little more repetition and not so many alphabets and or numbers at the same time. Toddlers can’t trace their hands aren’t steady enough. I think beginning should’ve been the letter in a song or something. She could tap the letter when it went past. They kind of go pass a little bit too fast. I do like the program it’s just not for an 18 month old.

My kid likes this app it’s pretty cool and seems to keep her entertained and it’s educational how do you like that but it is a bit annoying to be forced to have to write this in order to play it.
