I really like this app. I have a lot of Bible study tools and have tried about every app on the market. This stands out with some very unique features. It isn't your typical zillion commentary an features app -- it is focused on READING the Bible! Which really is really the bottom line. I have found the rainbow colors assigned to the verses helps me to meditate verse by verse. The large number of versions (like the OLD version of the Amplified version, and the 1984 NIV are not availabe on many bible apps, or some even charge $20 for these. All free here. I have signed up for the very reasonable $4 a year plan -- just to help the developer. Might as well for $4. The software is still developing and can use some tweaks -- but I like that it has a menu bar access -- very nice.

This app is incredible for Bible study

I really like how the user can split two different versions in two different panes, and also the different Bible translations I can access and compare for each of my Bible study topics. I like how there are different Bible reading plans accessible from a thematic point of view to a chronological! It also contains a way for the user to jot down notes on the go, including a journal and the concordances, dictionary, etc. This app has it all for a very affordable yearly plan of only $4.49!! I really recommned it for anyone to get it. One only thing I would like for updates for this app is to have more options for more in-depth Bible study but for the most part this is an amazing application.

I'm a Christian Counselor

This is the best I've seen for the price. Easy to use, the crossreferencing is done in a fashion that doesn't slow you down. But I really like the simple journaling and prayer functions. It's not overdone and allows me to assign a file for each person I am counseling, setting goals, developing curriculum and praying for.

The low price for subscription is a bargain too. If I am counseling by phone, I can lay out the version my client is using, with mine, and follow along. This is really useful for pastoral counseling when you are studying an entire book of topic with someone over the phone. I am going through Romans with a young man and he is in another country!

If I had a suggestion, it would be to make a mirror interface in Spanish. But I am amazed the concordance and search bar switches to Spanish after you change your Bible version to Spanish. That is 5 stars and I would market this app heavily for Spanish speakers. I was amazed you had the BLA version.
