Whenever I had any issues the team always solved them. I just wish there was an option to not be interested in certain campaigns so that those campaigns can be pushed to people that qualify or are interested. Especially when there are ones sitting in there for months. I also don’t think that creators are giving enough time to create especially when/if they have other responsibilities. I don’t think it’s fair that we have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive the product, only to be inconvenienced to rush and produce content, to then have to wait an unknown amount of time for the brand to approve or request edits and finally get paid. All while being threatened by the app’s automatic response to quickly produce content. For example, I was accepted to participate in a campaign almost 3 months ago, the product still hasn’t arrived. The team told me that they haven’t heard anything from them. I get a notification everyday saying it’s overdue. Would this affect my overall rating?Speaking of ratings we should be able to rate the requesters as well. I’ve worked with some companies that were great and others not so much. There should be a cap on how many edits they can get. They are not paying a high quality team, at the rates they are paying, at the rates they are paying one edit should be enough. They should have to pay for more edits.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review. This is incredibly helpful. I wanted to let you know we've taken the good and the bad elements you've mentioned in your review to heart💜 All the things you have listed: video delivery time, edit requests, rating the brands you have worked with, and also an availability to see the tasks that are relevant for you. These are the top things on our list of improvements. Regarding the product that has never come, we have a certain process for that. If our team does not get a response from the client task is paused and you no longer get notifications, it also won't affect the average rating. If this have not happened yet, please message our team again and we will take care of that.

As a UGC creator, Billo has quickly become one of my absolute favorite platforms to work with. It’s incredibly user friendly, the campaigns are clearly outlined, and the brands are professional and enjoyable to collaborate with. I love how easy it is to browse open projects, submit applications, and track everything from briefs, deadlines, revisions, to payments all in one place. What I appreciate most is the transparency and smooth communication. I never have to guess what the client wants because the briefs are detailed, expectations are clear, and there’s a built in messaging system when I need clarification. Submitting videos is seamless (no giant file struggles!), and payment is reliable and always on time.Since joining Billo, I’ve worked with amazing brands, expanded my portfolio, and landed repeat collaborations. It’s helped me grow both creatively and professionally. If you’re a content creator looking for real opportunities, fair pay, and a trusted workflow. Billo is absolutely worth it!

I’ve been using Billo for the past 5 months and honestly love it. Starting on the first tier, the videos are perfect for leveling up your portfolio and feel 100% worth it for the low price point. But getting to the second tier is where it really shines.Since upgrading, I’ve worked with some incredible brands and received some of the coolest products. I’ve consistently worked every single month and get paid twice a month, easily and always on time. Billo gave me my confidence back after taking a break from creating and helped me grow my portfolio fast. I now have tons of real examples to show and a solid list of brands I’ve worked with. Plus, the extra income doesn’t hurt. One of my favorite things is how easy the platform is to use. Having so many gigs readily available and organized by category makes applying simple and efficient. I was even able to add an entirely new niche to my portfolio by working with brands I never would’ve had access to otherwise. My advice: apply daily to the gigs you’re interested in, create quality content, submit on time, and keep your star rating high. And don’t get discouraged if you don’t land something right away. I applied to over 100 gigs before booking my first one. Fast forward 5 months and a couple grand later, and here we are.Yes, in UGC you can make a couple thousand from a single video, but Billo requires zero outreach and is incredibly easy, so I see it as a fair exchange. Would higher rates be nice? Of course. But I’m genuinely happy as a second-tier creator cashing out hundreds of dollars twice a month. The only downside? I really wish I had found Billo sooner.

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review 💛We’re beyond happy to hear how Billo has supported your growth over the past five months — from rebuilding your confidence to expanding your portfolio and landing consistent work each month. That journey from applying to 100+ gigs to earning consistently twice a month is seriously inspiring. It means a lot that you recognize the value of the platform — easy navigation, organized gigs, zero outreach, reliable payments, and access to brands you may not have connected with otherwise. Seeing creators level up from Tier 1 to Tier 2 and unlock even more opportunities is exactly what we hope for.We truly appreciate you sharing honest insights, advice for new creators, and even areas where we can improve. Feedback like this helps us grow. And we’re so glad you found us — even if you wish it had been sooner 😉✨We’re excited to keep supporting your journey and can’t wait to see what you create next!

When I first started UGC I thought this was a great tool to grow my portfolio. However, after using the app for a couple months now it really favors the client over the creator. You have to give the client unlimited edits (even when they change their mind from the original discussion). The creator has a time limit on when they must have the content done, but the client can wait as long as they want to approve... meaning it could take months to get your money. Lastly, the communication is not great from the team- a client was not happy and even said it was billos fault because they asked me for an edit before it got to the client- they gave me a 1 star review and billo said they could not revoke it even though it was their fault. So my ratings are exponetially lower, hurting my chances since to get any larger deals. All in all, it does seem to be improving, however there are still alot of bugs to get worked out to support the creator. I will continue using it and believe it's an okay app, but I just suggest keeping my above comments in mind when creating.

A FRESH NEW LOOK Rebranded Design: We’ve completely migrated to our newly rebranded design system. From colors to components, the entire app now feels sleeker and more modern. STAY IN THE LOOP & GET INSPIRED In-App Notifications: You can now catch important updates and alerts right inside the app, ensuring you never miss a beat. Example Videos: Provide example videos from your portfolio and get hired faster. Script Alerts: We added a friendly info banner to give you a heads-up if a script is getting a little too long. UNDER THE HOOD Fixes & Polish: We ironed out a second round of design system quirks, upgraded our file management, and bumped our behind-the-scenes dependencies to keep the app running as smoothly as possible.
