Bindo POS | Point of Sale 4+

Where do I begin? It's been one thing after another. Yes, the staff is pleasant and apologetic in response to complaints, but at the end of the day that doesn't cut it. Too many daily glitches with printers, scanner, inventory; plus reports are seriously not up to par. Charts and graphs offered on Bindo's home page don't exist. Bindo needs to suspend operations and go back to the drawing board.

I'm giving it two stars because we can plod through the day with it, and sometimes even print receipts!

Side note: many five-star reviews are from Bindo staffers.

Bindo is flat out awful. They will go offline abuse Friday afternoon, force updates that crash the system, won’t answer when we are having issue. When I once brought up that their average rating being 1.8 stars and they responded “haters gonna hate”. I wish we weren’t punished with a contract with this terrible company.

The Bindo POS has been great! Getting started was fast and easy and the team at Bindo was super professional and supportive. Once I had my hardware, I was able to get my inventory uploaded and store ready to go in a matter of a few hours. A person on the Bindo team did an initial training for me and my team that lasted less than 30 minutes and we were off to the races. Since then, a questions pops up every now and again, but I can always get someone at Bindo - oftentimes it's the Co-Founder, Brad! I am having a much easier time of checking people out and managing my inventory. My staff is really enjoying it, and customers seem to really like it as well. Speaking of customers, at the encouragement of David at Bindo, I have begun collecting customer information in the system and have just started implementing a customer loyalty program. It's fully tracked by Bindo and so is easy to use. I have already noticed a couple of customers coming back a little more frequently. I would recommend this POS to any retail merchant.
