Biohack Tracker is a private log for the protocols, supplements and medications you already use. Set reminders on the days you choose, tick each one off in a tap, and keep a site-rotation log for prescribed injectables.
Import your blood tests to see every marker against its reference range over time, and sync sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and workouts from Apple Health.
Biohack Tracker is a tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not sell, source, recommend or dose any substance.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Today: what's due, what's done and your Biohack score at a glance, with one-tap "Mark taken".
• Protocol log: log protocols, supplements and medications by route with colour-coded icons, set reminders on the days you choose and see your adherence.
• Site rotation: numbered body sites with rest rings that show how recently each was used, plus a general rotation guide to use alongside your prescriber's or pharmacist's instructions.
• Blood tests: import a PDF or photo. Each marker is shown against its reference range and trended, with "worth discussing with your GP" patterns and retest reminders.
• Sleep, recovery and training: sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, blood oxygen and temperature from Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin and more, plus workouts (including sessions synced from Strava or Runna) and your Runna plan.
• Scores: a Vitality score from your labs and a Wellbeing score from your last 7 days combine into one Biohack score, with ways to improve. A guide to your own trends, not a medical assessment.
• Templates and library: educational routine templates (no doses) and a reference library of 215 supplements and compounds with evidence levels, safety flags and legal status.
• Biohack coach (Pro): ask about your own data. The coach can build a simple 4-week habit plan from a result, show the before and after when you retest, answer questions about a photo of a meal or label, and remembers what you tell it (see or clear it any time). General guidance only, never dosing or diagnosis. AI features run only after you allow them.
• Clinician-ready reports, progress photos and metabolic health.
PRIVACY
Your data is stored in your private account and encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and your health data is never used to train AI models. Apple Health data is read-only. Download all your data or delete your account at any time.
