The Birmingham Times newspaper was founded in 1964. Since our first issue. The Times has been in continuous circulation for more than 50 years. Our mission is to bring interesting and relevant information to the community, as well as serve the needs of our clients. At The Times we look at ourselves as the documenters of African-American news/history in Birmingham, Alabama.
