Why switch to focus? Skyward was perfectly fine and was able to be used easily by teachers

Can’t seem to find any setting in the app… maybe I’m just not seeing them?
I was getting notifications ok, and now I’m not.. like when my kid is tardy to class and such. I can’t find those settings to make sure they are still on and make sure my kid didn’t log in and turn them off.. I can’t even figure out how to reset my password
It is a good app nothing is wrong with it
There is nothing wrong with it. The people who rate it as a 1 are dumb and get trash grades then blame it on the system that is used to grade.
