This school app is an absolute travesty. One would expect a modicum of competence in its design and functionality, but alas, it falls woefully short on every front. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it a veritable chore to navigate. Important notifications are either delayed or never arrive at all, leaving parents and students in the lurch.

The timetable feature is a nightmare, constantly crashing and often displaying incorrect information. Homework submissions are a hit-or-miss affair, with assignments frequently disappearing into the digital ether. Moreover, the app's performance is sluggish at best, with interminable loading times that test one's patience to the limit.

Customer support is virtually non-existent, with queries and complaints going unanswered for days, if not weeks. It beggars belief that an app intended for educational purposes could be so woefully inadequate. Avoid this shambles of an app at all costs; your sanity will thank you for it.

The creators of this app seriously must have brain trauma, every single day I log on and it is usually fine, however recently I’ve been completely unable to log in to see grades, email teachers, or literally anything else you use this app for. It’s just sitting on my home screen wasting space because for whatever reason the app doesn’t want to work. If you’re going to force people to use your app to pass then at least make it work.

So I use this to look at my grades and half the time I can see it but sometimes it randomly signs me out or when I open the app it’s just a white screen and it just doesn’t work. It is a good concept bc we don’t have to keep track of paper report cards and stuff but at least make it turn on like it’s the most simple function? It’s won’t load half the time or even open to the screen at all, when I open it it shows the logo in a white screen then the white screen turns blank it’s so weird.
