Scam and do not use. They have stolen over $3000 of my money. I made a direct deposit I into my bank account because this is how my employer pays me. It's been three weeks and I have not received a dime of that money. Yousafe finally replied back and said the money should be in my account(after calling many times). It is not. So I replied to the email saying it is not in my account and I have bank statements to prove it. They Reply to that email with "here are the three bank trace numbers". I called Chase, my bank, and they said those numbers me an nothing to them and I have to call the bank that handles Yoursafe and give them the bank trace numbers to find out whose account they put MY $3400 in. That's been a huge nightmare trying to get a hold of a bank in the Netherlands when I'm in USA. They are trying to steal my money --these comments are correct. They are fraudulent. I will open up a claim or get a lawyer if I need to. I need this money to live!!!!You will never be safe with yoursafe.

This app is beyond messed up, I’ve tried to verify my id at least TEN TIMES and it WILL NOT load, QR codes will not scan, says they’re invalid. Now telling me password is incorrect even tho I’ve entered the same one NUMEROUS times since yesterday to get in. Tried deleting and redownloading the app and now it wont link my account. Not holding out hope for support to contact me back. Because I can’t get verified I have now lost money. Don’t waste your time here. Literally every step has gone wrong. Do better bit safe.

I don’t think this company takes this app seriously, half the time even when it works at all it’s displaying data that doesn’t actually match what the website says, but it’s not like yoursafe really cares anyway because half the time the deposits from the bank don’t actually work so I guess it matches with the app.

Terrible app that doesn’t even work. Seems like a scam for your identity information. Sickening. Why do they need all of this info from us?EDIT: I have contacted this company numerous times begging them to delete my account and delete all of my personal information and they refuse to do so. I’m going to have to get Dutch police involved since they are holding on to my private information without my consent. Beyond upsetting.
