Need to change devices

Horrible app. Recorded my first night , fine. Second night shut off on me . Thought it was charged up for 18hrs and good for two nights. Wrong. Had to do it all over again. Came to my phone to stop recording, can’t because recording stopped recording, how and when. I do not know. Checked history to see if it’s there , nothing. What the heck. Like Really. Called customer service. Horrible experience. Barely can understand him , first thing, he doesn’t listen , second thing, really was no help at. Hire people that listens and comprehends what the patient is saying. Not trying to tell me what I already know about the device. Smh. You guys need to do better with this . Trash…

We have since pushed out an update that resolved this issue regarding reported issues that some users experienced with the app shutting down during the middle of the test.

So Bad It Feels Like A Scam

This app is horrible. At first I couldn’t even get it to open without crashing. Eventually I was able to fix that, but now for two nights in a row, the app just stopped recording at some point and it doesn’t bother to save anything it did record. Meanwhile, the battery is now running low on the device and of course they don’t bother to send you any sort of a charger. When you try to call customer support, you can’t even get through, you just get a hold signal and then after 15 minutes they hang up on you.
I want a refund, because I feel like I got scammed into paying a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

I still have no idea if my data was collected

App stopped recording every time I checked it during the night. I was unable to sleep due to the fact that I was so concerned with checking the app. Sleeping without my CPAP is miserable, so it would be really great if you all could fix this as to minimize how many nights I have to go without my CPAP, while completing an updated sleep study. Don’t tell me it’s fixed, I have the latest iOS and I just downloaded the app yesterday. It is not fixed and it does not work.
