I need my money please. I’ve been unable to use my funds for years

Hello my name is Stephan. I started using blockchain around 2020. It was all good until my phone got lost. Ever since then it has been an attempt to lock me out of my funds. I am the right full owner of the account, however, I don’t know my seed phrase. This is because at the time when I was using blockchain it had a feature known as cloud backup which meant that you only have to type your pin in order to access your wake from the same apple account. When I logged back into my account and put my correct pin, it says “error please try again” .if I type the wrong it it say “incorrect pin “
I let it sit because I am a long term holder however there have been multiple times I needed access to my fund and the support was no help. They kept telling me to log out. Why would I log out when I don’t remember my password? And my pin is supposed to work because there is an iCloud backup feature. That was the only reason I was comfortable keeping my money in there in the first place. I need help please. I don’t want to seek legal redress because I am pro crypto but it is getting ridiculous at this point. Last time I checked a few years back, blockchain doesn’t even a have a phone number it’s users can reach. Please I need immediate assistance
