Hello my name is Stephan. I started using blockchain around 2020. It was all good until my phone got lost. Ever since then it has been an attempt to lock me out of my funds. I am the right full owner of the account, however, I don’t know my seed phrase. This is because at the time when I was using blockchain it had a feature known as cloud backup which meant that you only have to type your pin in order to access your wake from the same apple account. When I logged back into my account and put my correct pin, it says “error please try again” .if I type the wrong it it say “incorrect pin “I let it sit because I am a long term holder however there have been multiple times I needed access to my fund and the support was no help. They kept telling me to log out. Why would I log out when I don’t remember my password? And my pin is supposed to work because there is an iCloud backup feature. That was the only reason I was comfortable keeping my money in there in the first place. I need help please. I don’t want to seek legal redress because I am pro crypto but it is getting ridiculous at this point. Last time I checked a few years back, blockchain doesn’t even a have a phone number it’s users can reach. Please I need immediate assistance

I had to move my bitcoin to this app from SoFi. Now I am trying to use this app to purchase DOGE. I’ve linked my bank account but it tells me I don’t have enough funds in my account every time I try to deposit money into the app to be able to do so. Obviously I’ve checked my account & I have more than enough to make the deposit I’ve tried to make. I’ve tried it several times & it keeps saying this. It tells me to re-link my bank account. For several days after I’ve tried this, the button to “relink” is faulty & opens up nothing. Today, during my daily attempt to try to deposit the funds, the link to relink my bank account finally opened in my browser. However, now my browser tells me the link from the app is broken. It states, “Invalid Dynamic LinkRequested URL must be a parseable URI, but possibly incomplete to be a DynamicLink.If you are the developer of this app, ensure that your Dynamic Links domain is correctly configured and that the path component of this URL is valid.” Therefore this app hence far is completely worthless to me. I am disappointed that in being forced to use it, its developers can not even honor the quality & ease of use that we had when we were trading/purchasing on SoFi.
