I love making room to BLOOM !
This app has been the perfect new addition to my self care practice. I love setting aside the time in my day to check in with ME and assess my wellbeing. It’s well worth the 5/10 minute investment. The self awareness and the opportunity to write it down on a consistent basis and then also track the information, see trends, etc. is NEXT LEVEL and I love it! Our virtual therapist instantly puts me in a state of calm and I feel like we’re really having a conversation because the prompts and responses flow together so well. It makes the process easy to digest, fun, and most importantly easy to retain and apply in daily life. I’m excited to keep using this app and would encourage any friend to also give it a try! Could be exactly what you’re missing in living your life in full BLOOM !
Mindfulness in your pocket
I love this app because it allows you take 10 minutes when ever you want to slow down and reconnect with yourself. It’s based off behavioral cognitive therapy. You can rate your mood, journal within each exercise and you can choose what you want to focus on that day. There also other mini exercises you can choose to work on for example, confidence, anger management, negative self talk, etc.
It’s great in a time like this (during the pandemic) to be able to work on myself daily. Most days I feel fine but it’s really helpful when I’m feeling down. I also feel good knowing I have put sometime aside for me.
This app is pretty great when it works, but there is this odd feeling of repetition if you come back every day and press “Continue” as if it’s replaying the same stuff from yesterday. It might be and it’s a glitch, or it’s not and the app doesn’t do a good job of explaining what’s happening.
Should I be pressing continue, or the button under it that it suggest based on my last session? Should I do the suggestion the same day or is that the next days work? Just a bit confusing.
Also the analysis and analytics are wrong. I’ve done it three days in a row but it says I skipped 4 days. It’s misattributing dates with days, odd.
All in all even with these issues it’s still a great journey, but I expect them to be fixed if paying.
