In-app access to the new Find a Doctor and Care Cost Estimator (for those eligible) tools has returned to a seamless experience. Additional bugs were squashed, including loading issues for some benefit documents.

The links to Find a Doctor and Care Cost Estimator have been temporarily changed to a single Web view of a new enhanced tool that integrates provider search and cost estimates (for those eligible).

Spring into your spending account: Users with health spending and saving accounts (HSA, HRA, FSA, DCAP & VEBA) can now see transaction details before visiting Further for account management. New alert banner created, so we can bring attention to urgent member information like COVID-19 coverage details.

Fixed a few bugs, including a registration bug to make it clear usernames need to be 6-15 characters. We also enhanced the Medical Cost Estimator so your current location can be seen in relation to the provider results.

Procedure costs vary by provider. That's why we developed a new tool that helps our members shop for medical care. Those with the Aware network will now see a Medical Cost Estimator. Future releases will make it available for more members.
