Super convenient!
Once we got the app downloaded and signed in, it was a great experience. Not sure why we waited so long. Very convenient and efficient.
Undependable
Erratic and uneven. Never sure when the shuttle will or if will arrive. One of many examples, I booked a shuttle today and the wait time was 29 minutes without identifying the driver scheduled or showing where in the route the shuttle was located. My wife booked one 3 minutes later and miraculously the shuttle was arriving in 4 minutes. Didn’t show for 15 minutes yet still well ahead of my original scheduled time. Really?
