App update introduces additional features for your mobile experience as well as bug fixes.
Ratings and Reviews
App stuck after use
You have to restart the Phone every time logging out every time using it. It is very annoying. Previous reviews have also stated this problem. Please address the issue or users will run out if patience soon!
Face ID and other log in issues
98% of the time Face ID doesn’t work especially when the app receives a updates requesting you to input your ID and password that’s very annoying. It is also very annoying when the app keeps crashing and bothering you to add someone to your account which is not going to happen people are losing their jobs and APR% are outrageous so stop being annoying and bothering people add someone to your account and fix your app. Because of the issue with the app I don’t use the card can’t take the chance of destroying my credit.
Nice improvements
The new card has some nice upgrades and it's nice to have an app now. I don't know why another reviewer mentioned you can't use points for airfare anymore. You can redeem for flights right on the app! The cards earn more points too.
