The Bank That Made My Dream of Starting a Business Possible.

This bank has been a cornerstone for me since I arrived in this country. They were one of the first financial institutions to open their doors to me, and with their support, I was able to launch my business over four years ago through a credit card. I fully recommend them, and I hope more people have the good fortune to experience their services and benefit from all the opportunities they offer. Thanks!

Lowered my credit amount

Hello, sorry if I sound frustrated but a few months back my credit allowance was lowered from 10k to 7900. It threw off my credit score from over 700 to under 700. I’ve had the account for quite some time but have used it recently to cover funeral expenses for my son. I have never abused my card and have always made timely payments. I haven’t used it since and have been concentrating on paying it back Dow to a reasonable balance. I’ve never used that much on my card before nor I can’t see it happening again. But u never know. Spur of the moment things arise unexpectedly, as in this case, the funeral of my son. I was very glad I had this card at the time but I’m a bit disenchanted. What would be good is to be reinstated to my original credit amount, which was 10k. Thank You for letting me vent

Do you know what you’re doing????

I’ve had to reset my password 3 times. Each time I tried your app said it was the wrong password or user ID. The app no longer works. Signing on takes me to your internet page. What was the purpose of Face ID if I have to type in my password on the internet side? I have to call customer service every time I try and use your app. Now on the internet side there’s no pull down windows to do anything and the blue links do absolutely nothing when trying to read a past statement. But you want to charge $5 for statements not out there.

I tried updating the app and absolutely nothing changed. This is really poor app development not to mention really bad customer service.

My password was so screwed up that even your customer service rep couldn’t reset it. I was given 2500 points for your screw up and they took those back claiming I made a purchase that was returned. That’s not true and the rep I spoke with in May couldn’t even do the simple math that if you give me points it has nothing to do with a purchase.

Forget trying to manage your account on either the internet or app. They really don’t know what they’re doing.
