Hoped this service would help with phone connection while in Europe for travel. It worked great when connected and Support did great with getting me reconnected during my travels!
Bad Customer Service
I used this app for two months while in Africa. It worked well. But after I returned home, they continued to charge me. When I reached out to complain about these charges, they told me that I had signed up for a subscription. I did not, as I didn’t need to use them long term. They then proceeded to charge me even after these complaints.
