Best restaurant ever!!!!
This place is just delicious - fresh and bold is the name - fresh and bold is the game. Great food, and when I found the app I was overjoyed. Love how easy it is to order - and happy I can easily have my order saved for use at any restaurant location. BOLAYGO? GO BOLAY!!!
Missing gift card
I had a gift card linked to my account, the app updated and now the gift card is missing from my account. I threw out the physical gift card since it was saved to my account. I have the gift card number since I thankfully took a screenshot BUT it needs a stupid “e-pin” to even add it to my account. It was a $15 gift card and now what? An update should not take away something as important as a gift card. I’m so upset.
UPDATE: NO one has every responded or reached out to me. I’ve messaged on Instagram, commented on their posts, contacted them from the website multiple times and have been ignored entirely. Really makes me question Bolays customer service and care….
Bad App Quirky also tried to force tip
The app it terrible. Something is always wrong with it. It will kick back that you need to pick another vegetable and at the same time removes the protein you added . So you check out and no protein. Other times you try to pick a prior order to reorder that and it doesn’t work. At checkout they try to force you on a 20 percent tip for a takeout order . That app forces you to leave a tip. Let the company pay employees more and not force something that should be completely optional.
