Great game, but major freezing issues.

I really enjoy this game and would happily give it 5 stars, but I’ve been running into a recurring issue that makes it hard to progress. The game frequently freezes or starts glitching, which forces me to close and restart the app. When this happens, I lose items, have to replay levels, and sometimes can’t move forward at all.I’m not sure if this is a bug or a performance issue, but it’s happening consistently enough to impact the experience. I’d love to see this fixed, because the game itself is great. Once the issue is resolved, I’ll gladly update my rating to 5 stars. Thank you!

Got very non-casual quickly

I thought this would be a strategic kind of game where you move things around and get past non-timed challenges in order to solve the word puzzle. It was all fine until they started in with insane bramble things that just grow and take over and eat up your time and turns while your already dealing with the matching color tile game play to simple reveal letters. At one point it also had a timer I didn’t know where it came from or why. I didn’t want a game that was stressful. I wanted casual. This was extremely annoying because you can’t just skip past them. So after I spend a lot of time getting into and enjoying the game, along comes this new hyper-play where you have to beat a clock, while also eating your turns to match color tiles that are the only way to kill the timed bramble things that can come from any side that a color touches them … just to try to find enough letters to solve the puzzle because you can’t even attempt that until all these truly insidious bramble things are “defeated”. If I wanted to defeat something I could play Minecraft on survival mode or go do an MMO. I just wanted to look at my phone and have causal fun. It was truly great until they just shove in timed stuff. I don’t play games with timed stuff so if you try this for casual fun, just beware that at some point it will become incapable.

We understand some level mechanics are more challenging than others but the timed levels can still be beaten and they are spread out! Focus on making as many moves as possible towards the levels objectives and you'll get them in no time! If you’re looking for a seriously challenging puzzle game, this is the game for you

I’m the individual that furiously finishes games and feels deflated and unchallenged. The series of disappointing reviews stating it’s too hard are unwarranted. There are many games that fit that profile, most of them in fact. Let those of us who go through those wanting more, have this one. Are there bugs and issues? Yes. Sometimes it won’t load the next level. Swipe up and open the game again. It’ll load this time. Sometimes the share feature doesn’t work and you lose your reward but this can be fixed. Sometimes when you swipe a certain way, it goes a different way, which can be annoying. I am extremely careful about the angle my finger is at and placement which has alleviated much of that. Thank you for a challenge. Thank you for the sheer amount of levels. I absolutely love copious amounts of levels. Please keep adding more. I would love more side games and daily quotes. I blow through these so quickly I have none left and must wait for new ones to drop. This is a beautiful game as are all of your games. Don’t make it easier. The people asking for easy can play the easy games which are plentiful. This game is challenging and I freaking love it that way. In fact, make it harder. I was compelled to write this review as counterweight because you deserve praise for a splendiferous game.

I wrote customer service and the only thing they said was they are aware that this is happening and made no offer to replace the thousands of wasted coins. Also know that all of the quotes you have to solve are very liberal quotes. Ignore them and don’t read them, but if Oprah, Michelle O and Elizabeth Warren are your jam, you’ll find that here. Me, I wish they weren’t so obvious with the liberal pushing.
