Next day delivery is nice, wash was average, almost doubting if they washed some of these clothes. If you like your clothes all folded neatly and in order I’d stay away. shirts were All folded the same(nice), But pants looked like a 5 year old folded them. Certain random t shirts were hung up on hangers others were folded. if you don’t care about consistency and just want clothes washed and folded sloppily they’re good for that. if your a stickler for detail then Happy nest is a better option

I had the unfortunate experience with my washing machine breaking down in the middle of a wash cycle. I needed help fast so I called Bolt Laundry. I was super happy I could get my wet laundry picked up the same day. The next day my laundry was returned to me clean, with a fresh smell.I’m so glad to have Bolt Laundry service available when I need it.

They do not help you if you don’t have a washing machine at home. That’s stupid, if I had a washing machine at home I wouldn’t be useing and app to help me with my laundry. Being in and out of the hospital all the time makes loads in my living room. The machines in the complex is always dirty so I would have to drive out of my wat just to do 5 loads a week. This application is not for disabled persons who don’t have washing machine at home

Lots of promises about notifications- I got one that my laundry had been picked up 12 hours after it was, then nothing else. It was dropped off on time but my app still just says “picked up”Driver was also late on pickup with no communication. For the money this was not worth it- I’ll be using other apps/services for laundry in the future.
