BorrowKey helps you save vehicle profiles, record mileage and fuel or battery level, photograph condition, and review the details together. Add a drawn or typed acknowledgment on the same iPhone, then share one PDF through your usual apps. BEFORE THE DRIVE • Save a vehicle profile with a photo and optional plate, VIN, and other details. • Record odometer readings and fuel or battery level. • Photograph each side, the dashboard, and existing damage. • Add numbered photo markers and notes. • Add optional names, a borrower email, and an expected return date. REVIEW, SIGN, SHARE Review the readings and photos together. Draw or type acknowledgments on the device. Finished checks are locked, and signatures appear in the exported PDF. Remote signature invitations and identity verification are not included. WHEN THE CAR COMES BACK Complete a separate return check while keeping the original handover intact. LOCAL BY DESIGN No account, advertising, tracking, or photo-upload service. Records stay on your iPhone. Sharing and backup exports happen only when you choose them. Export a backup before deleting the app or moving to another device; local records are excluded from automatic backup. FREE TO START One active vehicle, 12 photos per check, signatures, PDFs, return checks, and manual backups are included. Optional BorrowKey Pro adds unlimited active vehicles, 60 photos per check, and before-and-after comparison. Choose a monthly subscription or a lifetime purchase. Existing records remain readable and exportable after Pro ends. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before renewal.
