Actually works, once you figure out what to filter

I get an average of 3+ spam texts per day, and while it wasn’t working at first once I realized that the one thing all these scammy annoying messages have in common is that they always have hyperlinks to multi-redirect sites, and added “http” to my filter, I haven’t actually gotten a notification for one in 3 days!

Thank you, developers! I’ve had my phone number for 13 years and was starting to seriously consider changing it because I was going batty with the non-stop spam texts.

The best out of 4 I’ve tried.

I love this app. It was on my phone for a while before I began testing it out and against 4 other apps this one has worked the best to filter out the scam emails from legit and coupon messages from my stores I buy from. The others I tried either are limited on filtering or they now have advertisements for nothing. I wish a future update would allow me to create a custom folder to filter some other types of messages I get

Smart Way to Stop Spam

I was looking for a free or affordable way block the robo text messages I kept getting. A website mentioned Bouncer, so I went for it and downloaded it 2 years ago. Since then I barely get any solicitations for my phone. The great virtue of Bouncer is its absolute customization. Filter by address, tag line, or content , you can quickly send messages to the trash can. If telemarketers have built the better mouse, Bouncer is the better mousetrap.
