Ratings and Reviews
By far the best one I’ve tried
So far I’ve found three apps offering F1 widgets. Box Box is by far the best one of them. Box Box’s widget aesthetic speaks to me, notifications and great and Lock Screen widgets are very legible and cute.
I would love if Home Screen widgets matched the system ones. All my widgets are dark gray and I can’t make Box Box to look similar. It’s always black. Black is cute, but I’d prefer if there was an option for a color change. But that’s not THAT important.
One word of criticism: spamming me with notifications to review Box Box is an awful thing to do. A modern, classy iOS app should never do that. I hope it was a one time thing, otherwise I’ll come back to complain even more and lower the score.
I hold indie devs to a higher standard than say Gameloft. There is a reason why I don’t use their products.
Be better, devs.
To end on a positive note: thank you for making one of the most useful iOS apps I have on my iPhone. I love it.

Awesome app
Most amazing app ever if your an F1 fan, i have the premium version and it helps me keep up to date with all the news to keep me updated throughout the season.
Really love the features of the app on how you can customize to your favorite driver and team, and the countdown. The interface is easy to use and i love that you can also have a widget for it on your home screens so convenient!

Great app ruined by a couple things. L
The widgets and live activities are great, but ruined by the fact that using them means having to receive spam notifications (“TAP HERE TO BE SENT TO YOUR WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD AN IMAGE”). This is on the paid plan and presumably is for the purpose of getting users outside a sandboxed app to enable more tracking.
There’s also a major bug in the large countdown widget on iPhone 13 Pro Max where some of the countdown numbers are often replaced by ellipses. This persisted after trying a reboot as well as a software update.
I’d happily pay for the subscription plan if there weren’t apparent uses of engagement farming throughout the app.

If your device is on the default font size setting, then all the widgets should be displaying proper text and images without anything cut off. We are more than happy to fix them, if you have a bug to report. Also we are not sending you to any outside website. Since we do not have an in-app image gallery for wallpapers, we have uploaded them to a Google Drive folder and have included the link there. Hope this clarifies your query.
