App GUI is not up to the mark
Please change the GUI. Please make a modern GUI. UI is very ugly. Add push notifications feature for OTP.

I Talked To Miss Mira, Customer Care Representative. After 6 Attempts, They Failed To Recognise The Issues. Customer Has To Pay For All Expenses + Calling Charges. The Service & Rewards You Get Is HEARING 'Repetitive Sorry!!!' ... Be Aware It's A Business Where They Want You To Purchase The Same TOKEN ... MULTIPLE TIMES!!!
Just To Further Add, Now You Won't Be Able To Use 'Safari' To Access Your Account Details!!! What A Moneymaking Scams - BRAC Bank Is Playing With Their Customers. Be Aware!!!
