Brainbean Dispatch
Warehouse order fulfillment
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Pick and pack orders straight from your ERP. Scan barcodes, track every box, and keep working when the Wi-Fi drops: changes sync as soon as you're back online.
Dispatch brings your warehouse's order queue to the floor. Sign in to your company's ERP, see every order waiting to be picked or packed, and move each one from picking to packing to shipped, on iPhone or iPad.
Dispatch works with ERPs that run the Pick & Pack module. You need an account from your company: ask your admin for the ERP address and your login.
THE FLOOR
• Every open order, grouped by stage: received, picking, picked and at the packing bench
• Search by invoice number, customer or city
• Work queues and zone boards, when your ERP uses them
• Swipe or long-press an order to move it to a queue or send it back a stage
• Payment status on each order, when your ERP tracks it
• Refreshes on its own, so the board stays current
PICKING
• One item at a time, with its aisle, rack, shelf and bin
• Scan with the camera or a handheld scanner to pick
• Count units scan by scan, or pick a whole line at once
• Mark an item out of stock or at the wrong location
• Edit a picked quantity, pick several lines together, or save and hold to finish later
• Finalize to send the order to the packing bench
PACKING
• Choose the box, then scan and pack, with a list of the boxes packed so far
• Edit a packed quantity or undo a line
• Shipping details and payment status at the bench
• Complete & Ship once every line is packed
MADE FOR THE WAREHOUSE FLOOR
• Keeps working offline: changes wait on the device and are sent when your ERP is reachable again
• Layouts for iPhone and iPad, with the list and the item side by side on iPad
• Product photos you can zoom
• Signs in to your company's own ERP server over HTTPS
