Staying in track

I actively manage my physical and mental health so there wasn’t much new to me in the science of managing brain health but this app does a great job and keeping one on track. Managing one’s mental health takes time and effort but, unlike physical health, where you see the results (or lack there of) very obviously, it’s less obvious to see when we’ve fallen off the mental health path. I like this app because you can create challenges and notifications that keep your attention and focus on building better mental health. It’s also user friendly and customizable.

Thorough app

There is a lot going on in our brains and this app covers most of the areas of concern to me…and I’m a guy. I just started but I like it. One caveat to lawyers in general: don’t tell the judge you’re late for court because Siri didn’t wake you. Before the judge hits you with a contempt charge, expect a good laugh.

Good but glitchy

It’s a good app but when I changed the time sometimes it glitched and wouldn’t let me change it or when I tried to get to 8:30 it went to 12:00 all the time, also it only let me get 4 habits on there and then when I tried to add a new one it wouldn’t work like it wouldn’t show up, i recommend it because it is a good app but I think it definitely has bugs that needs to be solved.
