It’s so easy to use and the brain visual is extremely helpful! I’m a content creator and it’s easy to get lost on Instagram, this app keeps me grounded and makes me want to get off my phone so my brain can heal. 10/10 recommend. If you’re considering downloading I definitely reccomend it.

so far I’ve loved the app, even when i haven’t hit my limit it still blocks my usage which honestly helps a lot since now my blocking is more sustainable
