Description

Reclaim your day with brainrot – the playful screen time control, app blocker, and focus coach that actually shows you what doom-scrolling does to your brain.

Every swipe, tap, and “just one more” moment adds up.

Most of us log 5-6 hours on our phones daily without even noticing.

brainrot flips the script: the longer you spend on your “brainrot apps,” the more your on-screen brain avatar decays in real time, nudging you to put the phone down before your brain rots.

---

WHY BRAINROT WORKS

* 94 % of members report feeling less distracted, 93 % say they’re more productive, and 90 % notice better mental health.
* Loved by students, creators, entrepreneurs, and teams at top companies who need deep focus without the guilt trip.

An app that actually does what it promises

brainrot has genuinely helped me cut down on screen time—results have been well above my expectations. The little brain avatar is a clever and hilarious reminder when I’ve been scrolling too long. The app is simple, clean, and surprisingly effective. I’ve been more focused and feel better overall. Highly recommend if you’re trying to be more intentional with your phone use.

10/10 recommend this app

It’s so easy to use and the brain visual is extremely helpful! I’m a content creator and it’s easy to get lost on Instagram, this app keeps me grounded and makes me want to get off my phone so my brain can heal. 10/10 recommend. If you’re considering downloading I definitely reccomend it.

Cool idea but doesn’t work well yet

Tried it out for a day, every time it blocks an app, there is no way around getting in - sends notification and restricts app but doesn’t allow it when I agree that I want to get back into an app for a certain amount of minutes.
