It is common for concussions to occur in contact sports such as ice hockey, American football and Handball but also a major issue equestrian sports, football. Rehabilitation after a concussion is important to avoid permanent damage. Brainsafe provides a rehabilitation app, based on SCAT and the latest research, where you step by step ensuring that the individual returns to activity only when he or she is fully recovered. The challenge with concussions is that the symptoms not always represent a full recovery, this means that many individuals return to activity before their injury is fully rehabilitated. This is something that Brainsafe helps you avoid through physical and cogntive testing.
